- Detailed information for each defect, including type, creation date, actions taken, reasons, and current status

Please note that defects under missing inbound, removals, or warehouse disposals are not included in the portal.
How to access the IDR portal:
- Go to your FBA dashboard on Seller Central.
- In the Inventory drop-down menu, select Inventory Defect and Reimbursement.
