This update makes it easier for sellers to manage inventory-related defects and reimbursements, including issues such as warehouse losses, warehouse damage, and customer returns, all in one convenient place through the IDR portal.

Key features of the IDR portal include:

  • Complete visibility into defects and their status
  • Detailed information for each defect, including type, creation date, actions taken, reasons, and current status
  • A comprehensive view of defects through multiple reports and policy checks to identify reimbursable opportunities
  • Insights into defect frequency and resolution rationale

Please note that defects under missing inbound, removals, or warehouse disposals are not included in the portal.

How to access the IDR portal:

  1. Go to your FBA dashboard on Seller Central.
  2. In the Inventory drop-down menu, select Inventory Defect and Reimbursement.

This update will certainly help sellers manage reimbursements more efficiently, ensuring you have all the necessary information at your fingertips.
