Starting May 29, 2025, Amazon is migrating all product and food safety compliance-related features from the Manage Your Compliance dashboard to the Policy Compliance section in the Account Health dashboard. This move aims to simplify how sellers monitor and manage compliance issues in one unified place.
Sellers will now be able to upload compliance documents, respond to violations, file appeals, and interact with verification providers directly within the Account Health system. During the transition phase, Amazon recommends monitoring both dashboards until the process is fully complete in July 2025.
To support this rollout, Amazon hosted a seller-focused webinar on May 27, 2025, which walked sellers through the new interface and functions. The changes are designed to streamline seller operations, improve visibility into account status, and speed up issue resolution times.
Sellers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new dashboard and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date. Staying proactive during this transition is critical to maintaining a healthy seller account and avoiding potential disruptions in business operations.
